Hope you can join us!!!
& spread the word!
Next Sunday September 21st
we’re participating in the People’s Climate March
in New York with organisations including 350.org
, Environmental Advocates, Amnesty International, The New School, Transportation Alternatives, CUNY, EDF, WWF and manymore
We’re marching to push for comprehensive climate action at the UN climate summit
in NYC on September 23rd
. This should be the largest climate march in history. As the movie DISRUPTION
argues: all of the greatest social change movements have involved people taking to the streets – civil rights, women’s suffrage, the environmental movement…
We’d be honored if you would join us at the march. Because we believe the debate is over we’re marching with the scientists and beekeepers and we plan to meet at 11am at the statue of Theodore Roosevelt in front of the Museum of Natural History on the West side of Central Park West at 80th St. (please note: entrance will be limited – enter on 81st St.)
The march route starts from Columbus Circle at 11.30am and will end at 11th Av b/w 34th + 38th St.
We hope to celebrate with everyone after the march. Details to follow!
To change everything, we need everyone.
